Story: Nuke sound did not play before launch dude to bug with nuke launch and meltdown at the same time (i assume) (no pov as medal was not working)

Seems pretty clear there is an issue with the nuke sound if there is both a meltdown and nuke at the same time

after looking at the proof you've provided and recreating the issue, we've come to the conclusion that you're not eligible for a refund of your steel ninja since the nuke timer was still clearly visible on screen giving you a clear warning that the nuke was going to explode.
