TOPIC: i want my mega case

just as i started wasting my items for gems to win a city event the server decided to restart. i was winning in the city event and i was gonna get the and boom server crashed. all i ask is for my mega case pls

u can see on the side the server crashed and in logs aswell it crashed for everyone

also its not that it happens often and people will do the same thing as i did but it happened and it wasnt my fault

After discussion with the CM team we have come to the conclusion to deny this, you cannot say for 100% certain you were going to win and you also have not lost anything.
