Story:
Hello at 1:30 AM EST I was on server 1 basing with printers and I pulled my jugg out to show my gang mates but then I saw a auto disconnect on my screen right after I equipped my jug and trying to collect my money from my money printers and then I joined server 3 because I disconnected so got my printers refunded it said then I talk to my friend about my jugs and I see my amount of jugs I got and its 2 I was like there is no way there is 2 so I freaked out and rejoined the server to make sure it wasn't just a glitch and I still had 2 jugs so 1 of my jugs somehow got lost during the server crash but earlier I had bought level 10 stamina and had 70 space but it was glitched and only showed 65 and wouldn't let me use my 70 space so I did get rid of my easter eggs and f2000s I had to make free inv room and so I did but jugs wouldn't like stop me from holsterimg if I didn't have inv anyway right? So I talked to Red on discord right after the server crash on server1 and here's the Template .

So you're claiming that your juggsuit is lost and you said in your story you had it equipped when the auto disconnect popped up.

Here in the screenshot i can clearly see you haven't equipped your Juggsuit whilst you had your autodisconnect in the top right corner.
If you had your juggsuit equipped you'd see "1000HP + like 2000 armor" and your character icon would be your job with the jug around his head.
I've seen the screenshots with the "2" and "3" jugs, you can clearly have sold, given away, or even stored your juggsuit in another place.
Next to that make sure you record so we have valid evidence that something is lost, by a screenshot can be photoshopped, or even a year old.

I'm not saying your making things up but,
Honestly in my eyes how i see it in this screenshto you're trying to lie to the staffteam that you lost something.
So in my eyes you won't get a support for having a "refund"

As far as I'm aware, the suit should have automatically returned to your inventory if the server crashed - Though this might not necessarily be the case, always. One of the Community Team members will investigate the issue in question accordingly and in case you did lose the suit, you will be refunded very soon man.

I haven't coinflipped since I got the suit and haven't traded the suit since I got it. If logs could show that when crash happened. It did let me restore my printers but a jug is a different story when it's missing from my inventory.
And I'm sorry but I wasn't expecting the server to crash it was lagging badly but it didn't lag enough for my clicks to register on collecting money from my printer and then it just finally auto disconnected

suits don't leave your inventory when you put it on, so im confused as to how this could have happened.

From what I can see this is a complete lie. Because those screen shots were taken at very very different times, if you woulda been worried about losing your jugg you woulda screenshotted it after you got in. But you lost 20+ inv weight and your money went from 6.8m while collecting, to 4 m to 0

What does that have to do with my jug missing tho?
There no way my jug just dissappear out of my inv especially me tho . If you had your jug equipped before server crash you would of lost it too.

what inventory sorting option do you use?

I've been thinking honestly about how this is possible and if you really lost your Gencorp Juggernaut Suit because I'd feel bad if you did and I would've easily +supported you and refunded you out of my own inventory even... But honestly I've been talking alot aswell this week which stacks up on this thread is that your old gangmembers said you often lie. In that meaning is that you've said you're poor and that you're taking money from their printers and when I heard their stories about it and checked how much money you had. It clearly said you had ~ 500m on your bank. When they didnt even had 150m and how I heard it from them they didnt even gave you permission to "take" the money from their printers.

In the Sebbelles Report Appeal about you I've seen alot of negative feedback and experiences from fellow staff members about you. That they're basically saying that you're making things up and that you're basically straight up lying.

If I don't forget it I wil talk to the Owners about this refund request.
