So you're claiming that your juggsuit is lost and you said in your story you had it equipped when the auto disconnect popped up.

Here in the screenshot i can clearly see you haven't equipped your Juggsuit whilst you had your autodisconnect in the top right corner.
If you had your juggsuit equipped you'd see "1000HP + like 2000 armor" and your character icon would be your job with the jug around his head.
I've seen the screenshots with the "2" and "3" jugs, you can clearly have sold, given away, or even stored your juggsuit in another place.
Next to that make sure you record so we have valid evidence that something is lost, by a screenshot can be photoshopped, or even a year old.

I'm not saying your making things up but,
Honestly in my eyes how i see it in this screenshto you're trying to lie to the staffteam that you lost something.
So in my eyes you won't get a support for having a "refund"
