Unfortunately, in that case I'm not able to verify for certain what happened in this situation so cannot issue a refund in this case. I'd recommend recording or using ShadowPlay or similar to clip it if anything like this happens again in the future! The bug should be fixed now though, so you should be able to successfully pull off the Zone Capture if you haven't done so already!
