Story: Played a normal falling tiles for a jugg suit and it clearly shows I was the last to fall and I was the only one alive at the end yet I did not win nor get the prize

The client side issue was it said he was still alive, but the server knew he was dead. It's not about "he took the chance he knew it could bug" because if it bugged he would've been refunded. If I remember right this is client side, I only remember from a past refund request for the same thing that was denied. Although stewie has more evidence here he still lost according to the server.

well this is a shitty situation, first they have to get the jugg off the player who did win, and that will be a massive struggle, as they are not just allowed to remove items from people's inventories without their approval, then you can get the jugg. Unfortunately we cannot refund you for this. This occurred since both of yous were on the last tile at the end of the arena event system, since the prize was already given out to a player we cannot refund you, however, you can always ask the other user who won for the item.
