TOPIC: Sold a jet suit for 4 mil

I sold my jet suit for 4 million but i swear i remember putting it in for 4 bil, because i sold it for 4 bil before and took it out and put it back once again. I know it was typed in right because i literally went on google and searched up 1 bil so i can make sure i put the right amount of zeros. I know i put it in for the right amount. I just spent 35 dollars on boosters and used all the easter cases i got 20 of them and traded them for the suit. I really want to be refunded. Ive been harassed and bullied by almost every jay house member on discord. Also they tried top scam me back for it and said i should send them items and they would give it bacl. i recorded everything and i will upload a video of one of them trying to scam items out of me. I spent all my money from my boosters to buy this item please refund me.

EDIT: by this i mean it was not an accident, i specifically remember it saying 4billion it must have glitched when it was typed or after i dont know but I know it was 4 bil when i typed it

First of all, you have the opportunity to review how much you put an item in for BEFORE you open the shop since it displays in the chat saying: Added one bla bla for x$. You can also hover over the item and make sure you put it in for the right price. I have NEVER had a shop glitch, so you probably listed something else for 4m, so then you just accidentally listed it for that price.

Secondly, 4 billion has three more 0's than 4m, so how did you fuck that up? Not even 40m or 400m.

i'd like to point out that nobody was harassing you on discord, people joined your public "art" discord, it's kind of self inflicted if you leave your discord public like that ngl

also as much as this sucks, they can't refund you since it was your fault

Unfortunately, we only refund for server side issues. Accidentally typing 4mil instead of 4bil is a client error, not a serverside issue, as the value that the item is added for is exactly what you typed in.

The user who purchased the item from you may be kind enough to refund you the item or pay you the remaining money to make up the difference for 4bil, but other than that there isn't much that we can do.
