Story:Didn't know how the rifle worked and i right clicked to aim at the ground and it blew me the fuck up!

Ur own fault u won’t be refunded. They only refund for server related issues.

Refund Request Criteria

You ARE allowed to submit a refund request if you have lost items from either:

*A server crash or rollback and cannot retrieve your items using /restore or /restore all
*A confirmed bug
*An unexpected incident or some other server side issue, of which, you have no control over

Since this is not a server sided issue, nothing can be done. Sorry bud.
