Story - I was in an ACS while defending a nuke and i got killed by a gluon when he was raiding on Casino Security which cant raid or is not supposed to.

Unfortunately, refunds don't get issued to people in case of rulebreaks, such as in this case, but only (mostly) for server-side issues.

Hi Snake,

As per our Refund Request guidelines, you cannot be refunded under the following circumstances:
  • Misusing commands/features (buying/selling items, destroying printers, removing items etc)
  • Intentionally scripted features (item-o-matic, converting to gems, disconnecting and losing printers etc)
  • A player breaks a server rule that causes you to lose item(s)
