Story - I was in an ACS while defending a nuke and i got killed by a gluon when he was raiding on Casino Security which cant raid or is not supposed to.

I’m not sure if you get refunded but the guy will get punished

Unfortunately, refunds don't get issued to people in case of rulebreaks, such as in this case, but only (mostly) for server-side issues.
