Hi Lumi, First of all very sorry your Refund Request has taken so long to be looked at. Could you please provide some more details such as the date/time you were printing and the server crashed. I investigated the date this post was made but you had not dropped any summer printers on that day so you need to help me out with further information. Thank you.
