The weird sound you're hearing is probably a printer hacker from what I can hear. Though, I couldn't tell if you meant that or something else.

Sorry for the delay in handling this. After checking the logs we were unable to find any dropped summer printers on this SteamID at the time stated. It is likely you were using alts to do this, could you please make a new refund request with the accounts you dropped each printer on. Thank you.
