As per the hacking policy, a first time cheating punishment is a kick. You get a second chance, should they cheat again, they get perm banned

Hey Turtlx,

I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the coinflip system. We were able to confirm that you entered a coinflip that didn't finish properly. You shouldn't have lost your 200mil. We will not be refunding you the additional 200mil you could have won from the coinflip, but we're happy to refund you for the 200mil you have put in yourself and lost. This issue will be looked into further as soon as possible. Contact any Community Owner in-game and refer them to this refund request to claim your 200mil back.
