Date/Time of Incident: 3/20/21 11:40 pm est
Item(s) Lost: scan jammer

Story: placed a scan jammer down to print then the server crashed a few hours later and it refunded my
Evidence: logs should show me placing it and never picking it up/disconnecting

Additional Info: it refunded my my rad shield just not my scan jammer
