The items should've been holstered rather than removed from you entirely - when entering a district with an active zone capture it should simply forcefully holster all of your items

I've identified the cause of this issue and it will be fixed in the next patch!

Contact myself, EMP or Chute ingame for a refund of one gluon gun and one hand cannon.
