TOPIC: Refund Request

Date/Time of Incident: 19/3/2020 2am(ish) GMT+1
Item(s) Lost: 3 Summer printers, 2 x3 boosted and 1 x4 boosted.
Story: I took them out of the shelf and they vanished, looked all over the map at the time until I finally dropped a new one. It was like the others had never existed. This happened a few more times after that, but I won't argue for that.

Evidence: Known bug? Logs and newly made videos

I did not, didn't expect what happened to happen. But Sp00ns just helped me recreate the scene.

I would think so to, but that's not the case. This was only the first time it happened, nobody destroyed them. I'm talking taking it out, moving the shelf to see where it went and then the printer is just gone and right after you can drop a new one. Like it was never there in the first place, with no "Your money printer has exploded" message.

I assure you this is what happened, I am not the only one it has happened to either. I've personally seen it happen with "menameisemil" printers more than 1 time, Sp00ns wrote the same thing had happened to him in OOC the other day.

This is an existing bug, I'm not making any of this up.
I apologize for my recording software, it makes it seem very laggy. I believe Sp00ns will upload a video here aswell.

They were not printer hacked... This is a known bugg by now, you take the printer of the shelf and if you're at ground level it might completely vanish without a trace. I'm 100% sure that others have experienced this by now! I mean, this must be a server side issue?

Do you have any further evidence, screenshots videos etc?

You would not be able to drop another special printer if you already had this many out. It's likely that somebody destroyed them in this case.

Also the only trying I did, was in these videos to show Chute that it does exist. I do not record all the time, and again I wasn't aware of the bug when it first happened. So no, I have no video or screenshots of the ones I lost, I was hoping the logs could provide me with the evidence needed.

Wasn't more than 3 people on at the time, I've taken printers out of a printer shelf many times, this had never happened to me before and it certainly wasn't known to me before this. I'm not trying to take advantage of anything, if I can't get them back, fine, just had hope that maybe the logs could prove it.

Can you tell us what server this was on we need to check the logs
