Story:
Went on SSRP S3, crafted the (x3) QED's but only got one in my invntory.

Might just be a bug on s3, pretty sure it was normal on s1.

If what you say is true, then you should be eligible for a refund. After one of the Community Managers checks the server logs. Not only that, but the issue would also need to be investigated.
