around 36 cardpacks

Story:
So I woke up at 7am and had nothing to do. I went on zarp and ran around whilst eating breakfast. At 11am (10am uk time) when I was checking the Rare item store, It wouldn't refresh so I went to s3. The database was down and I had no items and I collected my free cardpack and opened it, (im so dumb, I knew this would happen) and was just about to open my cardpacks but realized they were all gone.

Evidence:
None, sorry, There might be some logs to help.
