So, I don't think I ever properly introduced myself, so here we go I guess!
Who am I?
My name is TheXnator (or Zac), and I am 13 years old (my birthday being July 21st). I've been part of the ZARP Gaming community for around 7 or 8 months, since around late September / early October. I originally joined the server into TTT, and only began to branch out into the rest of the community when I became Admin on TTT, first going to SSRP, then Deathrun, and then everything else, coming to where I am now, as Teamspeak staff, TTT Super Admin, SSRP Admin Bhop Admin, Deathrun Admin and Surf Moderator. I have come a long way since I originally joined the community, and I have a lot of hopes for the future.
What are my plans in the community?
I have a lot of plans and hopes for my future in this community, further from what I have managed to achieve so far on the server. I hope to be able to do a lot more for the community than I am able to at the moment, and to be able to help out and do so much more and see changes and growth through the servers and the community as a result of things that I have done. I plan to work my way up in the community, the way anyone would have to, and eventually I want to be able to look back on my time here and feel proud, to be able to look back and see that I have made a positive impact, a positive difference, to the community.
Why do I do it?
Many people have said over time that the reason I am here, and the reason I try to help out and apply for ranks is to do with a desire for badges or power, but there are genuine reasons and motives behind my plans in the community. I always had a dream in the past of helping out people, and being able to be an influence, to be seen as a person who does good and someone who people look up to as a role model, an influence, or just as a person who likes to help out. For the further off future, I have many different plans for how I want to achieve this in the broader world, but for now I am more than content to be sticking with a smaller goal such as this, the ZARP community. In the past, I have gone through quite a lot in terms of stress and hardships (something I will not go into detail on here, however I may do at some point in the future), and I have experience and knowledge in what it is like to feel worthless and to feel as though you aren't doing anything productive, as though your existence is just a waste. When I am in the community, and when I am fulfilling my roles across the servers, I feel as though I am doing something good, doing something which is worth my time. For the past few years, I have always thought of it in the way that if don't seem to have a place in the world, or you can't find a reason for living, then there is always a reason in helping those who have one, a reason in trying to guide others, and to help in any way possible. Putting this into life, and acting on it makes it so much easier to live on, and to deal with daily stress; makes it so much easier to cope with anything that comes your way. When I look back on the past, I realise how much I have changed and grown as a person since joining the community, in so many positive ways, and that is thanks to all of the people here, and all of the people who have helped me along the way in order to work up to where I am now. I will continue to work in the community, and I will continue to try to achieve all of my goals, even when they seem unreachable, even when I feel that I have nobody to turn to, I will push forwards towards any slightest ray of hope that there is, because there is always a way. A quote that I like, and think would fit pretty well here: "Save the tears for when we win!" - to stop fighting is to lose hope, and to lose hope is to give up. If you fight to the end, the chances of victory are always higher, even if they are never 100%.
A thank you
So thank you to everyone who has been there and everyone who has helped me to make it where I am today, especially to these people, who I owe so much to:
ChuteUK
Holds many morals which are ones everyone should hold to heart, and has always been far too kind in every way.
ParaMontana
Always been a great guy, and you gave me a chance in the past, and gave me hope in situations where I wasn't sure what to do, or when I wasn't sure what would happen, in many ways, you're an inspirational guy. To you, I have owed a huge thank you for a very long time.
Tyler
I knew when I started to get to know you more in the community (around December time, just before the CM apps opened) that you would make a great CM, and you really have. You've done a lot for the community, and are a great guy.
Max
You gave me hope many times while I have been here, and are a truly great Owner for both TTT and Bhop.
Johnler
The guy who first trained me for both Moderator and Admin on TTT, and a genuinely great guy.
Grumpy Marshmallow
You'll always be a Grumpy Muffin, great guy to work alongside

And thank you to everyone else. There are many others I could list here, but I have just listed the main people here who I feel I should thank the most
The original purpose of this was literally just to be a reintroduction, and it kind of took a bit of a turn when I decided to write the "Why do I do it?" section, but nevermind!
