MY training is always different, i will never stick with 1 specific routine, After about 1-2 months, i change it up a bit, for example, weight, or training techniques
When i'm training i'll do. Weight's in different ways, for Muscle Growth or Strength,
I'll also do resistance training, to stregnthen and support my joints(Even aqua areobics, that stuff is goooood)
I also have to train differently so i had to learn to train with injuries which can be good as it allows me to be able to train a wider range of people.
I also normally train my friends or gym friends. OR soon my Bro-inlaw who i need to moan at for many reasons xD
