There's a few artists I follow; @postwook, @morysetta, @paugalk

They all post artwork that I really like and although not as crisp and clear vision as them I like experimenting and seeing what you can make from just a few things.

In this one I was actually looking to mix some 1960s with space and whatever else made it look weird / cool. But after searching for images I found a sort of hotel resort one by the pool and it was nice and clear, I liked the water and how I could cut out around the umbrellas and take away the rest of the image to make it like a balcony to see the crazy view from.

Most of the time there isn't a solid plan. I just tend to pick a subject and find an image based on that, I fuck about with stuff for 10 mins and get nowhere, or sometimes I do a lot then I can manage nothing after and get stuck. It's very inconsistent but I always find a way to build upon it, even if it isn't what I desired it to look like. I'm indecisive on colours too so deciding on a red / orange was difficult. The green, pink, blue etc. versions of it look funky.

I've been paid by a few close friends or family for illustrations and editing photos for weddings. Although I do post these things I make on an art page and soon I'll have a site and prints available for purchase amongst other nifty little designs and items.
