Potential Issues/Exploits: none Additional notes: Upgrades : XP - max x.1.5< Health - max 150</> RTD more chances for good or less chance for bad things. Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting): Add the rainbow feature to chat for max level gangs

How / why would it benefit the Deathrun server: Members of gangs that reach max level (15) would get more of a bonus feature.

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A?

Additional notes: Currently, the rainbow gang feature only shows when looking at a person, it would be nice if when you use the chat feature your gang tag changed colour every message, or if it could be a constant changing of colour like it does when you look at someone, but maybe that's not possible. It's rather hard to reach max level for gangs, so I think it deserves more of a benefit including the chat because it's currently not too noticeable. I've mentioned this to a few others and they seem to like the idea so I decided to make a suggestion.
