I just got the lootboost and it says you get 3x loot collected. However as i have two loot printers down i am getting no where near 3 times as much. i'm in fact getting the casual 1x loot. The description clearly says "Tripple gang loot collected from your gang". That's still a prank and a way to make you buy it if it says "All loot" just to get disappointed by the fact that it doesn't.
