what does the template mean when it says current gametracker and how do i get mine?

You go to the link supplied which is this, you then search for your Steam name, once you found it you click it and copy the url ready to paste into your application.

sorry for asking so many question lol but why when i go and get my gametracker thing and i search for my name, it wont show up?

I see you've changed names a lot, when it comes to applying to staff it is recommend to keep one name as it is easier to track activity via Gametracker as it tracks only your Steam name. Your Gametracker can be found here.
