Have you tried opening boot menu and changing where you boot from?

Try unplugging your power cable (the thick one at the back of your pc) and plugging it back in, if that doesn't work it might be your power supply.

Could possibly be damage to your Power Supply or even worse your CPU. Shutting off on startup consistently is the hallmark sign of one of these two.
I'd recommend disassembling your PC and checking both of those out and if you have no experience in doing so, send your PC to someone who does and get it sorted out. Wouldn't recommend to continue to attempt to start it up, as it could potentially cause more damage. |
