So i installed 8GB DDR4 ram but my pc is only picking up 4GB of it

Are you 100% sure you put the second one in correctly? As it shows you've only used 1/4 slots, you should probably try that again.

You probably put it in wrong, take it out and put it in correctly. Try watching a video so you are sure you put it in correctly
