Hi Diszy,
We apologise for the delay in delivering this purchase. PayPal is processing transactions slower than usual for some people today. We have gone ahead and manually processed this for you and your upgrades will now appear in-game after you re-connect to the server.
Once re-connected simply open the F4 Menu, go to the Donate tab and press the "Claim Booster Pack" button. All upgrades will then be applied to your account.
