i am Consistently Getting Disconnected every time i join the server with an error saying disconnect:"[Username] timed out!"

i also tried this fix but it didnt work (facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1077184)

Do cl_downloadfilter none

To re enable do

cl_downloadfilter all
