TOPIC: Gmod not working

I came back from a week of not playing gmod or turning on my computer. When i try to update gmod it says "An error has occured while updating Garry's mod (content file locked) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common/Garry'sMod\hl2.exe

Please help me

Try updating your drivers, I saw that this was an issue for some.

Turn it off and on again, solves 99.999% of problems.

For some reason it doesnt let me update the drivers...
When i try to update them its stuck at 100%

Umm my computer crashed... when i tried to download gmod it worked
