I payed $35 for an booster pack and I did not get it what is going on someone help me to get my booster pack back

In-game press F4 and then click the donate tab and then click on the booster packs button, rather than opening then purchase screen it SHOULD put the reward onto your account.

I did press F4 nothing is working

Reconnect to one of the servers?

It just take's me to the site I am not getting my booster pack I did reconnect two many time's and its not working
