TOPIC: I am fucked up.....

This morning, after 9hours of afk mining, i left the server2 and then, quit Garry's mod.
I cut off my pc to do shit outside with my bois.
After 2-3 hours of shit, i turn on my Pc, launched Gmod and then, the fletching subscription don't want to load all of my 700 addons, i checked all my disk to see if they not getting deleted or changed from an another disk but not.
Please i need help, i don't want to delete 70Go of addons and re-download them
