So, quick question, can anyone tell me how to change the default crosshair to the one that you see in a lot of videos & shit? im sure a lot of you know what im talking about

The one you see a lot of people using is the static crosshair you can use it by setting a certain convar to anything but 0. Run the following in console to do so.
hud_draw_fixed_reticle 1
