Like this for me aswell not a texture error im positive its just the glass still frosted from Christmas update.

Did you already download the CSS content addon?

Validate game cache, Check if CSS is mounted, to do this here's how:

Mount CSS
Go to Garry's mod home page and then look to the right then you'll see a controller, Make sure CSS is clicked.


Validate Cache
Steam Libary > Garry's Mod > Right Click > Propertites > Updates > Validate Game Cache.
