I was on top of nexus after hand cannoning up and then the kid inside the base does this :/

Am i aloud a refund ? please:)

I'm sorry but they don't refund for server rule breaks, only server crashes or bugs.

Only thing you can do is report him. No refunds for rulebreaks!

Not proof u got demoted or not.

Sorry, we don't refund for rulebreaks sorry man! However if you want to report the player then you can do so by gathering proof and going in to the report abuse section and use the correct template!

Prove to me you got randomly demoted and it caused you to lose this item and I will refund you out of my own inventory. You can add me on steam if you have the proof and ready to send it to me.
