Mix3rz is quite good and so is R-Flex try to get in touch with them but it will cost you:

I spend a lot of my spare time in photoshop an adobe lightroom and would love to help you out, i usualy do photo manipulation, but as long as you have an idea of what style you are looking for, i can give it a try ;)
