More info please? Like does it say anything , when does it crash etc?

No, it just freezes then closes and nothing pops up :/

So it doesn't say anything in console when you reopen?

I recommend verifying game cache
Reinstall
Restart PC
Reinstall Addons in gmod

Moved to the correct section for you dude!, Also it sounds like a cache problem. Try to verify the Cache by going to Steam Libary > Garry's Mod > Right Click > Properties > Updates > Verifiy Cache.

Thanks Jordz, yeah i did all that and reinstalled, and i believe my problem is fixed, hasnt crashed in over 2 hours playing

Are you perhaps using a Mac? If yes, I can say that the mac version of gmod has this error where you often crash in the loading screen and while playing.
