Logs cannot always be considered as sufficient proof as they don't always tell the full story of what happened.

Yes logs are not valid proof, because say if someone is killed and they say someone RDMed them, but then the one who killed says the person shot first. That's how it works

Not mass rdm you had a bank dupe down, and yes logs are not valid proof they are just half of a storey.
