Ik dosnt work on my other computer it says hl2.exe would not start :(

you could try removing some of ur addons

Try right click Gmod on steam, go to properties, then click set launch options and type in "-sw -dxlevel 80" without the quotes.

try to unsub too all addons reinstal and set your resulution a bit lower then native that worked for me i had the same problem
