TOPIC: Bought custom title, haven't received it

I've tried re-launching steam, I've waited about an hour, my friends can't see it either, went on different servers.

Proof:

You're not the first one to encounter this problem, I believe it is a problem on Server 3, try buying on one of the other servers.

First off dont try it on other server's
i made a custom title on s1 and didnt got it. i have the same probleme.

yeah I just tried it on s2, nothing
