Just go to Server Applications and copy the template you want to apply for then back out and post a new topic and then fill in your answers. Then you need to wait for the meeting!

To become a moderator for presumably TTT you will need to: Go to index, then scroll down to 'Administration Discussion' and click Server Applications, then click new topic and If I were you I would create another tab so that you can follow the Application template, then follow the template and click submit.
