alright i bought vip 2 weeks ago and everything was fine till now yesterday i came back from london and i joined the server
and im not vip anymore please help me asap its important! site says im vip but the server no here prntscr.com/czs57t |

try to reconnect the site was offline an hour ago if didn't work then i'll leave it to the owners to try to resolve it
