TOPIC: ZARP VIP Help

So I have VIP on this forum account, and I got a new steam account as my old one had something done to it (can't mention it) so I was wondering if you could un-link the steam account on this forum account so I can link my new one to it? I'm only asking because I've seen it be done before.
