So I finally have enough money to get a pc,but I need a build first. Note that prices in romania are lower/higher than ones in other countries.And I want the shipping to romania cheap/free,that means I want it off a romanian site xd,if possible. But amazon sells cheaper parts and i dont think its so expensive when shipping, if price is over 49 dollars im preatty sure it should be free but may depend on were you live.

Go to a used parts store, buy used parts and build the pc yourself, The only thing you need to get brand new is the psu. Shipping is expensive and not worth it. Just be sure the parts are compatible, i recommend creating a thread on linustechtips.com/main/forum/18-new-builds-and-planning/ and ask if its good and if the parts are compatible.
