TOPIC: Refund of a whole account.

!BACKSTORY!
So yesterday my main steam account got hacked, the hacker who was my friend. We got into an argument and started "ddosing" each other. It was wild! But my so called friend went to the extreme and hacked my steam account because I didn't have steam guard on. He could easily crack my password because its so easy. Once he typed it in he didn't have to go through the usual "- Go on ur email to find the secret code, then type It in here -" Thing, since I didn't have steam guard enabled. So after he logged on to the account he refunded the most recent games I just bought and deleted all the others... I knew this because he send me a blackmailed screenshot of it, and I could see on my bank account that I got some money I thought I just spend on the games. I MADE A NEW ACCOUNT!!!!!! !THE REFUND!
So to the refund, I had garry's mod which he deleted so all my stuff is gone... I was really rich, I had about 23 million ingame money and all the levels unlocked fully. My inventory was full and had a lot of things, if I would calculate the money it was worth id say 550 million in-game cash.
I even purchased VIP on the account which you only have to worry about if you want too. I will have all the screenshots and video proof that it was my account, as well as a screenshot of my paypal.

you can sue him for video game theft, since the items in your account can be turned into real money. For example, when he refunded your games, he will get steam cash back, and he can use the steam cash to buy csgo skins and sell the skins on websites for real money, this is just an example. But if i was you, i would use that proof in court instead of the zarp gaming forums. Not only will you get everything back, but you will give him a prison sentence if you are lucky.

The owners can't transfer items and cash from an account to an account, only can switch ur VIP to a another steam account pretty sure... so rip
