Good morning guys! So I need some advice/help from you, the fan's of my graphicscard (Geforce GTX 780) are always on 100%. So the noices are pretty damn loud. I can't control the fans through a software (I treid: ASUS GPU Tweak and fan control, both didnt work). I already had this problem a while ago, but it fixed it self after a while. When was the last time you cleaned your pc out?

I cleaned it a week ago, cleared the dust filter and the graphicscard's cooling thing. (Took a brush and got the dust out).

The thing is while i play arma its 47% as of the info and 40-47C°. But when i just start the pc and the card is 28-30C° the fan duty is still the same. Doesnt matter how much fanduty it shows on the monitor it doesnt afftect the fans.
