TOPIC: Please help cant open gmod !

So my gmod is fucked , it always says its downloading from workshop and as you can see in the screenshot it says 0mb , so its download nothing and i cant play gmod anymore !

Validate Game Cache or right clicking on Garry's mod on steam Libary and click Run as Admin, if this doesn't work I have a few more ideas.
