TOPIC: Alternative Command To Wait

I was searching around google and found out that the "wait" command has been removed from gmod, I wanted to know if any of you know an alternative command for that.. cause now It's impossible to create a stop between commands..

What do you need it for?

Not without hacking, cs lua and timers.
