Thanks for your post. Sorry to hear that you're having an issue with logging into your Steam account, but don't worry your ZARP VIP upgrade will still be working normally after you recover it. Unfortunately we don't have access to Steam accounts and you will need to contact Steam Support to recover your account. They explain how to recover a hijacked account here:

If you create a new Steam profile for yourself we will be able to transfer your ZARP VIP upgrade to it but unfortunately we cannot transfer it to another user.
