Why do i have recent warn on dr? did somebody warn me or is it bug?

It seems it is not a recent warn by the F6 menu:
Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ]

Maybe it is a bit of a glitch/bug or before your ban someone warned you and you didn't came on so it said it is an active warn.
