TOPIC: HL2.exe Stopped Working

So Guys Yesterday I Played On Server 1 Server 2 Everything Was OK But Today When I Try To Join Gmod It Says

HL2.Exe Stopped Working

Any Way To Fix This ?

Join single player first!

Any chance you have cs:s opened? That usually messes it up for me. If it's not that maybe your running a vpn or using a proxy? Literally can't think of anything else other then restarting your pc then.

I had the same problem, all you need to do is delete some/most of the addons in your addon folder.

OK, go to:

steamapps --> Common --> GarrysMod --> garrysmod --> addons, then delete all of the things in there.
