Even if you think it's a false positive, always ensure it is. If you're downloading over an open network (Library, cafe etc) this could be a Man In the Middle attack in which case this is the worst idea.

I'd suggest verifying your connection to the website first by checking that the address bar has a green HTTPS://

Honestly if you know what you've downloaded you have no need for an Anti-virus to delete/block files for ya
